Answer the above questions first. Sit down with paper and pen and plan the topics you want to cover. Identify the most important fact or 2 that makes your business different, and make sure all your content refers back to the 1 or 2 best strengths you offer.

You'll save money if you're able to write the copy for your site, even if you feel this isn't something you do well. We'll polish it up for you, but realize we may not be experts in your field and it will take us longer to compose original text than to rewrite what you can provide. Our standard web package pricing assumes you're providing basic web copy to us.

You just can't write? We'll be happy to do online research and provide copy writing services. The fee is $75 hourly. For a 5-page site, you can presume we'll need a minimum 10 hours of research time, so figure this into your budget. We don't want your website to make you look like a blowhard with nothing to say, either. We strongly feel that your website is a reflection on us, too.

Our Design Process

We start with the information you provide to us and develop a plan to meet the goals of your site.
We help determine how many pages your site will initially require. Costs are based on the number of pages in your site. Our WEBSITE THAT WORKS design package includes 5 pages - get details.
We require a 50% deposit before starting work on your site. This is a standard practice in the industry. You can pay by check or credit card.
We obtain your domain name (www.yourname.com) for you and arrange for hosting. The hosting plan we use will currently cost $19.98/month. You are required to provide a credit card for monthly billing.
We use your logo to help determine a color scheme and a look & feel for your site. Don't have a logo? We can design one for you; get details.
We submit up to 5 design ideas to you, showing the colors and navigation. Designs that are unused or not paid for remain our intellectual copyrighted property. If we can't come up with a look and feel for your site that appeals to you in 5 attempts, we're probably not a good match to work together and your deposit is cheerfully refunded.
After your approval on the design of the site, we place the pictures and text, provided by you, into a site that loads quickly and flows well. If you need us to supply pictures and copy to completely create your site, this service is available.
Our web designs include meta tags and page designs that are optimized for search engine compatibility and are structured to help assure good search engine rankings.
Web pages include up to 10 external links of your choice. We also employ other link strategies to help improve your search engine ranking.
Upon completion of your site and your approval of content and design, final payment is due within 5 days of billing.
Upon payment in full, we provide you the user name and password to access your website. With this information, you have the capability to make any and all design changes and to update information at any time, from any computer with an internet connection. We don't leave you out in the cold. If you find that you don't have the time or patience to perform your own web updates, we still offer these services to you, billed at either an hourly rate or a cost per page.
